About Us
Median Music was launched by Ali Coşar and Aydın Tekin in December 2008 to cover all functions for current basic music publishing needs of the entertainment industry and writers.
Ali Coşar, one of the company founders, brings company a wealth of experience most notably as the Managing Director of Pozitif Edisyon. He also served at MESAM (Musical Work Owners' Society of Turkey) as a member of the Board and as the director of licensing and manager of international relations for the Turkish collection. Ali Coşar comes with more than 10 years of industry experience.
Aydin Tekin, after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from METU, worked at different telecommunications and IT companies as system builder, infrastructure engineer, and software designer. Aydin Tekin and his team represent Median’s strength in dealing with the complex technical issues that arise in the management of intellectual property in today’s music technology.
Music Publishing and Marketing
With a firm belief in collective creativity, Median Music initiated the “Median Music Marketing” brand with devout determination to transcend plain copyright administration, the primary function of music publishing business, and works with a large team of consultants who have undersigned significant projects in their area of expertise.
Offering local and overseas music works in its ever blooming catalogue to advertising agencies, film and production companies and to diverse brands, Median Music considers both writers and customers as business partners. Basic Median Music principle is to respond to music, copyright (administration and support) and project needs of customers promptly and reliably.
