Osman Orhan takes the music he made years ago in rebetiko places and the stories of love, sadness, separation, migration in the songs into his repertoire. In "Istanbul Rebetleri", for which an album was also released in Turkey, he made Rebetiko music with Turkish lyrics for everyone to understand the stories. In other words, with Orhan Osman's interpretation, rebetiko returns to its original place of Anatolia, with Turkish-Greek synthesis and modern arrangement.

Orhan Osman defines the peace bridge he built between Turkey and Greece prefixing the name "Rebet", used for musicians that makes Rebetiko music, to the name "İstanbul". With his rebet songs he sings both in Turkish and Greek, and with Anatolian tones, he reminds us the interlaced culture of these two societies who lived together in the same land for many years.

In his project, Orhan Osman turns the fatalistic sadness and pain in Rembet music into hope and sings of love and friendship with songs that are full of hope.

He presents his songs with arrangements of Turkish-Greek synthesis, and with bouzouki, cura, guitar, bass, accordion, violin and vocals.
